Antique romance

While at an art exhibition about Vienna in the 1930s last week, Izzy and I got inspired and we took a bunch of "antique" photos, inspired by the whole aged and classic look. I didn't dress specially for the theme, but the colors in the outfit coincidentally complemented it quite well. All the photos are by Izzy, except the ones of her, obviously :)

Zara dress
Zara skirt
Marithe Francois Girbaud tights
Converse sneakers
H&M wrap cardigan

I have a love/hate relationship with that cardigan. It's so comfy, but sometimes it feels overly granny-ish. What do you think?

And while on the subject of art, this is the latest piece I did in art. I used charcoal and oils and it is of a decollage I made of Arvida Bystrom. It feels unfinished though, so I might go back into it. Have a nice easter break, lovelies!

  3. your painting is insane good.
    im slightly very jealous :-)
the antique feel of the photos.. remind me of my house. my parents are total freaks when it comes to lamps and they have the hugest most amazing vanity in their bedroom. its pretty, even though im not a fan of the antique spiel all in all.

  24. I don't think your cardi looks "granny"-ish, I think it's adorable! Besides, there would be nothing wrong with it even if it did :-) And are those purple tights?! Love it!
